What we collect

When you create an account or subscribe to CallFlowOS, we collect information you provide directly — your name, work email, and payment details.

We also collect product usage data: which features you use, how often, and how the service is performing for you. This helps us improve CallFlowOS and resolve issues quickly.

How we use your data

We use your information to deliver the service you signed up for: running your account, processing payments, sending account communications, and responding to support requests.

We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.

We never sell your data

Your data is yours. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes — full stop.

You own your content

The scripts, objections, call notes, and any other content you create inside CallFlowOS belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time by reaching out to us.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with industry-standard protections. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

When you close your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. We take security seriously, but no system is completely immune to risk — please use strong passwords and keep your credentials private.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at info@callflowos.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
