By accessing or using CallFlowOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms cover the full relationship between you and CallFlowOS LLC.

CallFlowOS is a live call execution platform built to help sales teams deliver consistent calls. You agree to use it for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your credentials or let others access your account.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, let us know immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the service itself.

CallFlowOS is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you'll keep access to the service through the end of your paid period.

CallFlowOS gives your team the structure and tools to run better calls. We don't guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, or business outcomes — results depend on how you use the platform, your team, your market, and many other factors outside our control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. When changes are significant, we'll provide reasonable notice when we can.

Continued use of CallFlowOS after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

The CallFlowOS service, branding, code, and design are the property of CallFlowOS LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Your content — the scripts, objections, and notes you create — remains yours.
